The pressure on women to be beautiful in public is increasing extremely. This is also what a TV star who grew up in the spotlight experiences.

Munich – Many people still know Nicole Belstler-Boettcher (62) from the daily soap “Marienhof” and from several “Tatort” films, but most recently also from reality TV. In August 2018 she was a candidate for the 6th season of the reality show “Celebrity Big Brother”. This was perhaps also due to the fact that there are fewer roles available for women of her age.

At least that’s what Nicole Belstler-Boettcher now suspects in an interview with Evening newspaper. “We unoperated women over 60 are often forgotten on German television,” the TV star gave the industry a nod. Her face is no longer completely free of beauty procedures.

Nicole Belstler-Boettcher misses the roles offered to women her age

In 2018 she revealed in the “Celebrity Big Brother” house that she had wrinkle injections and her eyelids tightened. Nicole Belstler-Boettcher could be inspired by her famous mother’s self-confidence. Film star Grit Boettcher (85) spoke in 2024 bild.de about their condition.

“Overall, I’m doing well,” Grit Boettcher revealed to the online portal. “I think I’ve carried myself quite well for my age. I’m happy to have reached a proud old age.” The pressure on women in show business is certainly increasing. Nicole Belstler-Boettcher is now even considered a candidate for the most famous reality format.

The jungle camp celebrities have not yet been chosen and Nicole Belstler-Boettcher also wanted to take part when asked Evening newspaper not confirm. But she revealed what her intentions would be if she took part: “I would definitely try to make my children proud and show that a woman over 60 can still keep up.” These celebrities are supposed to move into the “jungle camp” in 2026.
