On December 21, 2025, Flynas received a notice from one of its major shareholders, shareholder Nasser bin Nasser Ibrahim Rashid Al-Rasheed, stating that the transfer of part of his ownership in the company’s shares had been completed.

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that shareholder Nasser Ibrahim Rashid Al-Rasheed previously owned 11.1 million shares, representing 6.525% of the company’s capital, and on December 21, 2025, he transferred 3.7 million shares, representing approximately 2.175% of the company’s capital, to members of his family through a gift, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).

It was stated that after completing the gift transactions referred to above, his ownership percentage in the company decreased to approximately 4.35% of the company’s capital.

She explained that, accordingly, this change resulted in updating the ownership percentage of one of the company’s major shareholders, as well as the list of major shareholders published on the Tadawul website.

According to the data available on numbersThe daily trading bulletin for Wednesday, December 17, 2025, showed a decrease in Nasser Ibrahim Rashid Al-Rashid’s ownership from 6.53% to 5.08%, while the bulletin for Thursday showed a decrease in his ownership from 5.08% to less than 5%.
