Five treatments to eliminate a double chin (or never have one)

2024-04-30 06:56:32

If you see someone put a finger to their lips for silence and then point to their chin, it may be indicating that they are doing their ‘mewing’ routine. Hundreds of viral videos teach how to perform this exercise so that our jaw looks defined and perfect. They say that, practiced regularly, the technique helps define the jawline, reduce the double chin and even align the teeth.

But ‘mewing’ neither achieves the results it promises nor is it as innocuous a technique as it seems, as the Rey Juan Carlos Anatomy teacher, Gema Díaz Gil, recalled in The Conversation.

Viral videos of this practice show the growing interest in the neck and chin. Treatments that reduce, reshape and define the jaw line are in fashion. “The neck is the new facelift,” says plastic surgeon Francisco Gómez Bravo. “A well-treated neck and a well-resolved jaw ridge have a profound impact on the general perception that others have of our age, more than full cheeks or lips or a smooth forehead from Botox,” he says.

There are numerous treatments to improve this area, more or less aggressive and also more or less effective: from definitive surgery to hyaluronic fillers,

meteorites disappear with climate change

When we think of Antarctica and climate change, we first think of melting ice and rising sea levels. However, this polar region is not only home to penguins, but also entire fields of meteorites. If the ice melts, the space stones will literally sink below the surface and therefore disappear from our sight and reach. How can we estimate the extent of this phenomenon? Depending on the scenario considered, a new study reveals that between 25 and 75% of meteorites are expected to disappear and this process has already begun. Explanations with Harry Zekollari, climatologist, associate professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and co-author of this study published in Nature Climate Change.

The “Saturn V” rocket developed by Brown is still considered the most powerful rocket in history. He also succeeded in testing America’s first nuclear-armed ballistic missile.

Considered a brilliant scientist who achieved the most brilliant results in history, he dreamed of exploring Mars since his time. He published it in 1952 화성 프로젝트In the novel there is a part that mentions “Elon” as the name of the leader of the group of leaders who built a human settlement on Mars. It is unlikely that Brown could have predicted the appearance of SpaceX founder Elon Musk (pictured), born in 1971. It’s a strange coincidence. This is a fairly famous story in the aerospace industry. When this fact became known in late 2020, Musk declared on Twitter (currently known as “I cannot escape (my destiny as a Mars pioneer),” he wrote.

Hot Temperatures Burn the Earth, 1 More Baba Vangas Predictions Come True

1 More Baba Vanga Predictions Come True. PHOTO / DAILY

BANGKOK – Hot temperature that is currently hitting the earth is starting to be linked to the contents of the predictions of the legendary paranormal from Bulgaria, Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova or Baba Vanga, who once predicted about extreme heat.

As reported on the Metro page. the soothsayer known as Nostradamus of the Balkans revealed that European cities would be hit by water shortages, resulting in political consequences.

This dangerous condition also forces countries to look for alternative solutions.

What came as a surprise was that the blind psychic’s dark predictions were revealed again when residents in several cities in England issued water warnings for ‘essential use only’ amid the heatwave.

As temperatures in much of Asia approach 50 degrees Celsius, climate change activists have made similar stark warnings.

In her predictions, Baba Vanga also claimed that several Asian countries and Australia would be hit by ‘severe floods’, and that earthquakes and tsunamis would rock the area.

Elsewhere, the mystic who died more than 25 years ago predicted famine in India due to falling temperatures.

The blind woman also envisioned another pandemic found in Siberia,
