The UAE is one of the first countries that rushed to organize charitable work, by setting all legislative and executive frameworks, which guarantee it flexibility and speed of movement, and in this context the UAE issued Federal Law No. 3 of 2021, which organized donation collection in the country, protecting the funds of donors and submitting them legally.
