For years,the furniture industry has been shaped by companies controlled by the kaczmarek family,namely Com40 and Correct. according to “Forbes”, Com40 boasts over 3,600 employees and in 2018, generated PLN 1.4 billion in sales revenue wiht a profit of PLN 82.1 million. Correct, conversely, achieved a profit of PLN 8.8 million with sales revenues of PLN 172 million.

Those familiar with Kaczmarek describe her as specific, modest, and effective.She leads an industrial giant producing up to a million sofas and mattresses annually, primarily for Ikea, but also under their own Comfort brand.
