The interpreter of Gandalf had spilled the beans during an event with fans and an interview with presenter Stephen Colbert. “It hasn’t been officially announced, but at a convention last August, Ian spilled the beans a bit.”confided Wood. Without confirming or denying his involvement in the new film, Elijah Wood remains evasive about his return to the role of Frodo: “There’s a good chance. I can’t say anything officially until it’s announced, but I can say that the prospect of another film excites me.”
