The Information and Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Civil Defense issued the following statement:
“While members of the Civil Defense extinguished a fire that broke out inside a house in the town of Lucy – Sultan Yacoub Al-Tahta (Western Bekaa), they found the owner of the house burned to death. He was in his eighth decade. The necessary measures were taken in coordination with the relevant security authorities.”
