Borussia Dortmund Signs Jobe Bellingham in Major Summer Transfer

The younger brother of Jude Bellingham joins the Bundesliga club from AFC Sunderland on a contract until 2030.

Borussia Dortmund has announced the acquisition of Jobe Bellingham from Premier League side AFC Sunderland. The transfer marks a notable move for the Bundesliga club,as they secure the services of the younger brother of Real Madrid star,Jude Bellingham.

“Jobe is an exceptionally talented player who, despite his young age, already has a remarkable maturity and game intelligence. We are convinced that it fits our philosophy perfectly, promoting young talents and giving them the chance to develop at the highest level,” said BVB managing director Lars Ricken in a statement from the club.

Now I’m here again. Not to look at.And not to step in any footsteps.” His contract with Borussia extends until 2030.

Before joining Borussia Dortmund, Bellingham, who scored eleven goals in the English second league, was also being considered by Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig, and several English clubs. He was also preparing for the European team in slovakia with the English U21 national team.
