The police are on the scene in Skjønhaug in Indre Østfold following a report that a loose dog has killed another dog.
– There must have been several witnesses at the scene. As of now, we have no information that the dog may have been aggressive towards people, says mission leader Jimmy Pettersen at the East police district.
The police also write that they have made contact with the victim, and that they have information about where the dogs belong.

In an update just before 17, the police write that they are in contact with the owner of the dog in question.
The lawyer on duty in the East police district has decided that the police will take dogs at the address into custody.
