Deslauriers’ lawyer Seeks Judge Recusal in Murder Case

The lawyer for Philippe Deslauriers, who was convicted of murder in January, is seeking the recusal of Judge Carl Thibeault, who is presiding over the case. The prosecution stated in court that it thought Judge Thibeault was the most qualified person to hear the remaining arguments.
