He then fled to Brandenburg by car.In Teltow (Potsdam-Mittelmark) he grasped a cyclist with his vehicle and killed him, as the Brandenburg police announced.

According to the police, the first accident in which two pedestrians and the passenger were injured occurred at an intersection near the border between Berlin and Brandenburg. The passenger left the car and,like the passers-by,was taken to a hospital.

The second accident with a fatal outcome occurred on the Teltow Mauerweg, which is popular with cyclists and excursions.There he captured the cyclist who died at the scene of the accident.
