Qualifications and Experience: What PIDC is Looking For

- A Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business Governance, Community and Economic development, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in economic development, small business lending, or management consulting.
- Experience working directly with small business owners.
- Experience planning outreach events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and video conferencing platforms.
- Residency: Candidates must be residents of Philadelphia or willing to relocate within six months of employment.
