The director of the health center in the town of Batifa in the Dohuk Governorate in the Kurdistan region, Ahmed Yassin, announced today, Thursday, that 50 women were exposed to a health problem in emergency centers as a result of the fatigue caused by comprehensive home cleaning in preparation for the blessed Eid Al -Adha.
Yassin said in a statement to “Baghdad Today”: “The health center in the Batifa district received more than 87 women during the past two weeks to receive treatment, including 50 women who had a health problem as a result of the exhaustion caused by the deep cleaning of the house in preparation for the feast.”
He added that “the phenomenon of deep cleaning that precedes the holiday is widespread in all the cities of the Kurdistan region, and it causes great fatigue that deprives them of the joy of the feast.”
