Faenza is set to host its fifth annual “Party Market” on sunday, April 6th, transforming the Piazza del Popolo into a bustling hub of commerce and entertainment. From 8 AM to 8 PM, residents and visitors alike can immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere, browsing a diverse array of goods offered by street vendors.

The event, a collaborative effort between local trade associations Confesercenti and Confcommercio, enjoys the patronage and financial support of the Municipality of Faenza. This partnership underscores the commitment to revitalizing the city’s historic center and promoting its unique market culture.

Family Fun and Engaging Activities

Beyond the shopping experience, the “Party Market” offers a range of family-friendly activities. In Piazza della Libertà, “Happy Family” will provide entertainment from 10 AM to 6 PM, featuring wooden and ingenuity games, as well as creative workshops designed to spark imagination and foster engagement.

The aim is to give greater centrality to the Faenza market…and live it more and more as a place of sociality as well as shopping.

Enhancing Accessibility and Promoting Sustainability

To ensure convenient access to the “Party Market,” the Green-Go Bus, an electric shuttle service, will operate throughout the day. Replicating its Saturday schedule, the shuttle will connect Piazzale Pancrazi and the Borgo shopping center to the city center, providing a free and eco-friendly transportation option. this service is made possible through the collaboration with Travel Herbacci Agency.

This initiative aligns with growing trends in urban planning,where cities are increasingly prioritizing sustainable transportation options to reduce congestion and promote environmental responsibility.
