Following an incident where a woman gave birth by the roadside in Bormadhi village, Chopda taluka, the Jalgaon zilla parishad CEO has launched an investigation. The CEO has also announced the implementation of several preventive measures aimed at avoiding similar situations in the future.

Zilla parishad CEO Minal Karanwal stated on Thursday, “We have ordered an inquiry into the incident of the woman starting from home with her husband, who all the couple met and what type of help was offered or denied, what led to the woman delivering the baby on the roadside. The inquiry committee is headed by the civil surgeon, with the other officials being the members of the three-member committee.”
