Today, a new emergency air medical transfer was made to a 61-year-old patient, accompanied by her husband, with a history of high blood pressure and hypothyroidism. She was admitted to the San Juan Bautista Hospital in the province of Catamarca, referred to it by the hospital in her hometown of Tinogasta, 300 km from the hospital in the capital of Catamarca. She had AB/B burns on her face, neck and right arm; approximately 20% of her body surface was affected by the fire and she was transferred to the Health Center Hospital where she is hospitalized.
