As part of its policy to combat discrimination, the Casino group has evaluated its recruitment procedures. This mission was entrusted to the company ISM Corum. Nearly 1,600 recruitment tests were carried out. Result: ISM Corum noted on this point important differences in treatment to the detriment of candidates evoking an extra-European origin.
