The next bankruptcy: Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened at the Feldkirch regional court about fs project GmbH & Co KG from Lustenau in Vorarlberg. The company is active in building construction and employs two people. What the future will look like for them is uncertain.
Insolvency proceedings should bring clarity
The Alpine Creditors Association (AKV) names four creditors. It should also be clear: The outstanding claims cannot be repaid by the stated liabilities. According to “Vorarlberg Online” there are debts amounting to 100,000 euros.
Whether these claims can now be paid will only be clarified in the insolvency proceedings.
Backgrounds are being investigated
It is currently unclear why the company got into economic difficulties. The background should now be investigated together with the appointed liquidator. He will also decide whether operations can continue. The audit and reporting meeting will take place on May 28, 2026; creditors can register their claims until May 14.
