WHAT DOES YOUR NEXT JOB INCLUDES?
- As a branch manager, you are responsible for your JYSK branch
- In accordance with the JYSK values, you ensure that your branch team is 100% focused on sales and customers
- You take the initiative to positively influence metrics and motivate your team to achieve great results
- You implement and maintain the branch concepts and routines
- You like exercise and physical work and act as a role model by taking on responsibility in sales and routine tasks in the branch
Your training as a store manager will take place in our branch Spandau instead of. You will then take over management of our branches Spandau.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team is an advantage
- You have drive, are communicative and therefore create a positive and appreciative work environment
- Willingness to take responsibility for your future own store and the results
- You strive to achieve very good results
- You are willing to work on Saturdays and have one day off per week
- You have very good knowledge of spoken and written German
