Bow Wow Clarifies Ciara’s absence During 2025 BET Awards Performance

Bow Wow, the artist also known as Mr.106 & Park, recently performed at the “106 & Park” 25th-anniversary party.He delivered renditions of his well-known songs, “Fresh Az Im Iz” and “Like You,” the latter of which originally featured Ciara. Though, some fans expressed disappointment that Ciara was not present during the performance.
The rapper, age 38, addressed the situation, stating that he was unaware of Ciara’s presence at the event. He indicated that BET was responsible for talent coordination. He also mentioned that he remained in his trailer for most of the day until his red Carpet hosting duties. “It would have been a splendid moment if she did come out,” he said. “I didn’t know she was in attendance. I didn’t know until I got off the stage, ran back to my trailer, and checked Twitter.”
Bow Wow and Ciara’s relationship began in 2004 when they were both 17 years old. They dated for nearly two years before separating in 2006. Both have since moved on. Ciara is currently married to russell Wilson, and they have four children.Bow Wow has two children of his own.
