The German Judo Association is actively seeking exemplary “Best Practice” models to showcase effective strategies within judo and disseminate them throughout the community. Clubs are invited to share their success stories, highlighting innovative approaches that have driven membership and engagement.

Whether it involves pioneering training methodologies, captivating events, or impactful campaigns, the goal is to spotlight these achievements, enabling other clubs to draw inspiration and implement similar initiatives. The association aims to demonstrate how judo can thrive and what distinguishes a successful club.

While an initial project is slated for presentation in December, the initiative will extend into the following year, providing state associations and clubs with a platform to exhibit their inventive concepts and contribute value to the broader judo community.

How to Participate

clubs can submit their most successful projects,initiatives,or campaigns via email to jfrey(at)judobund.de, addressed to Jenny Frey. Submissions should include:

• A project description (maximum 3,500 characters including spaces).
• Approved images and the logo of the regional association or club (if available).
• Contact data for inquiries from interested clubs.
• Links to the club’s website or additional project information.

Each “Best Practice” project featured on the association’s website will also be promoted through its social media channels. The respective association or state association will be tagged or invited as a collaboration partner,ensuring broad reach and online visibility. This presents an prospect for clubs to enhance their profile and attract new members.
