Rail Traffic Disrupted Between Berlin and Hamburg Due too Storm
Violent winds caused a fallen tree to temporarily close the railway line
between Berlin and Hamburg on Monday evening,according to Deutsche Bahn.

After the route reopened,delays and occasional failures persisted. Some
train connections were still affected on Tuesday morning.

Numerous branches and trees fell on the tracks, the Berlin S-Bahn announced
on X.
At least one person was killed in the storm in the capital, and three others
were seriously injured. The Berlin fire brigade responded to over 500
missions on Monday evening.
Hamburg also experienced stormy conditions,but with fewer weather-related
incidents.
