12-13g (Fortress main force)
Dripper options
– April, UFO, CT62, Neo, V60, Orea V4, etc.
April Dripper is personally included in the official recipe.
I thought it was made to suit, so I just used the official recipe.
A total of 5 pours of 40g every 30 seconds.
For 1st and 2nd pours, give some agitation.
For pours 3, 4, and 5, do not stir as much as possible.
Ends 2:30-3:00
It’s just various theories and my experience.
I believe that the taste of coffee ends at the steeping stage and the first round.
I tend to stir only that part.
For other parts, give less agitation or finish with a center pour.
14g (none)
15-16g
Dripper options
– April Hybrid, UFO, Origami, Kalita Wave 185
Back size 02
Likewise, April Hybrid also has an official recipe.
Just increase the pour amount and do the same
A total of 5 pours of 50g every 30 seconds.
For 1st and 2nd pours, give some agitation.
For pours 3, 4, and 5, do not stir as much as possible.

If you want to drink it intensely, reduce it to 4 pours.
3.5-8.5-6-7
Reduce the amount of moxibustion, such as 4.5-7.5-6-8, and proceed with the first treatment.
A style of pouring at a set time rather than looking at the bed condition.
If you want to drink comfortably
Steam in 3 times the dosage and add up to 250-260g in 1 pour.
When pouring, use as little agitation as possible and use a low flow rate.
The amount of water falling on the server and the amount poured are similar.
Ah, 1 pour is 12-13g, but you can pour 3 times and go up to 200g.
17-19g (none)
20g
4:6 method
I don’t use it much except when I have to waste coffee beans.
If you use Paragon Chilling Rock, leave it out after finishing the first round.
If I write a melodrama, I start writing it from the second pour.
In the case of 12-13g or 15-16g, .5g is also included, of course.
In the meantime, I can just get off at home.
And I personally have an understanding of drop, flow rate, and agitation.
If you lack pouring skills, try many recipes floating around on the Internet.
I don’t think I can use it well.
