The Baidimex enterprise traces its history back to 2002. All this time it specialized in the production of products from solid pine and oak.
Over more than twenty years of history, it has gone through many stages, from its formation, entering the Western European market to gaining authority and gaining recognition. However, the introduction of restrictions by unfriendly countries led to difficulties with the supply of finished products and the search for other markets.
To quickly respond to the current situation, by decision of the Council of Ministers and the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, on December 12, 2025, the form of enterprise management was changed at the enterprise – external management was introduced.
– We had problems with the supply of raw materials and sales of products. However, today a number of steps have been taken to allow the enterprise to continue to function. Thanks to the support of the Mostovsky District Executive Committee and the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, a system of work has been established. We purchase raw materials from the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange. Agreements on the purchase of products have been reached with accessories suppliers. With someone we have arranged an installment plan for deliveries, with someone we pay upon the fact. Debts are gradually being eliminated. We are also entering the domestic market with our finished products,” says external manager Zhanna Svita.

Today, Baidimex products are presented in the Yasen retail chains in Grodno, VaViMebel, ArtSkver, and the Lailimo furniture studio in Minsk. Belarusians appreciated the product offered and furniture sales began to grow. Also, all furniture collections are presented on the electronic trading platform torgi.gov.by. An exhibition pavilion was also opened on the territory of the enterprise in Mosty. So every Mostovite can come, look and buy furniture.

As the company said, contracts have currently been concluded for the supply of large volumes of furniture panels, panels for decorations and other household needs.
– The company has 109 employees who currently work full-time in single shifts. If necessary, we switch to a two-shift work schedule. The number of staff has decreased. Some workers left of their own accord in search of better jobs. It must be admitted that due to the current situation, wages are not as high as they could be. However, there is confidence that with the team of professionals that has already been established here, the enterprise will function sustainably. People understand that they need to wait out these times. The concluded agreements allow us to hope for making a profit, and, accordingly, for an increase in wages, says Zhanna Vasilievna.
The country’s furniture market is filled with cabinet furniture manufacturers, but the furniture of this company has a number of advantages. Firstly, it is made from solid wood and minimal processing, which is environmentally friendly. Secondly, the collections will satisfy the demand of any buyer, as there are classic style models, as well as “Loft” and “Provence”. Thirdly, all finishing materials used have appropriate safety certificates, including for children.
