In conjunction with the launch of the package, Alibaba has simultaneously open sourced three medium-sized Qwen3.5 models. These models not only set new performance records at the same level, but also support direct deployment on consumer-grade graphics cards, achieving dual optimization of model performance and computing power deployment costs.

Alibaba is clearly shifting its core strategic goal to AGI. This low-cost open source strategy aims to further seize the developer ecosystem and consolidate its leading position as China’s core AI infrastructure platform.
