“No Limits” is a musical journey without borders in which Alessandro Quarta naturally blends jazz, soul, pop, songwriting, Latin music and classical repertoire, ranging from Bach and Paganini to Led Zeppelin, Michael Jackson, Piazzolla and Morricone.

Growing artistically alongside some of the greatest conductors in the world, including Lorin Maazel, Eliahu Inbal, Charles Dutoit, Mstislav Rostropovich, Myung-Whun Chung, Georges Prêtre and Zubin Mehta, he covered the role of violin for them
supporting act on tours that took him to the most prestigious theaters in Europe, America, China, Japan and the Middle East.
In addition to having collaborated on the writing of unreleased music for films produced by Walt Disney and Rai Cinema, Fourth in the course of he has collaborated as a soloist and arranger with world-famous artists such as the Berliner Philharmoniker Soloists, Carlos Santana,
Lucio Dalla, Mark Knopfler, Boy George, Dionne Warwick, Lionel Richie, Celine Dion, Liza Minnelli, Joe Cocker, Lenny Kravitz, Jovanotti, Amii Stewart and many others.
In 2010 Alessandro Quarta released his first album, “One More Time”, followed in 2014 by the autobiographical “Charlot”. In 2013 CNN defined him as “Musical Genius”, consecrating him on an international media level.
In 2015 the violinist memorably opened the May Day Concert in Rome live on RAI, performing for solo violin.
In 2017 he received the prestigious recognition as “Best Italian Excellence in the World” for Music, during an official ceremony in Montecitorio. In 2018-2019 he presents his project dedicated to Astor Piazzolla, “Alessandro Quarta plays Astor
Piazzolla”, with which he made his debut at the Parco della Musica in Rome together with his quintet.
The related album, also containing the original arrangement of “Il Tango di Piazzolla”, was sold out everywhere and entered the list of nominees for the Grammy Awards.
At the same time, Quarta composed and performed the song “Dorian Gray”, presented as a world premiere during Roberto Bolle’s show. The performance thrilled the audience at the Arena of Verona, the Baths of Caracalla in Rome, the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, the Pala De André in Ravenna and Piazza Santissima Annunziata in Florence.
In February 2019 Alessandro was an international guest in Sanremo, in the evening of duets, accompanying Il Volo in the song “Musica che resta”, contributing to the access
of the trio on the podium. On 24 September 2019, again at the Verona Arena, he obtained a standing ovation from 14,000 people with the tribute dedicated to Astor Piazzolla.
In the same period he took part in the Padua Festival Show in front of around 30,000 spectators and was invited as an international guest to the “Notte della Taranta”, where he performed live on Rai 2 in front of an audience of 200,000 people with three arrangements for violin and orchestra, including a popular piece dedicated to Salento, his land of origin.
The concert in Piacenza in honor of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella for the 220 years of the Municipal Theater was unforgettable, for the occasion he wrote and performed the world premiere of the “Pucciniana”, an Overture for Symphony Orchestra, Choir, Piano and Violin soloist which was commissioned to him for the 100th anniversary of the death of Giacomo Puccini, closing the concert with the version of “Etere” for large symphony orchestra, choir of the Piacenza Theater and children’s choir, again in the presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, obtaining a 15-minute standing ovation.
Alessandro plays a violin Giovan Battista Guadagnini from 1761, and a 2008 Svetozar Bogdanovski violin, winner of the Violin Society of New York, a copy of the famous Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesù “Panette” from 1737.
