The House of Representatives and the Senate approved on Wednesday 24 the provisional measure that created the program Now there are specialists. The initiative promotes partnerships with private hospitals to accelerate the care of patients from the Unified Health System with medical experts.
In the House, the score was 403 votes in favor and only six opposites – of which five departed from members of the PL, Jair Bolsonaro.

The program seeks to expand service through three main axes:
- Accreditation of private hospitals to care for SUS users, with payment in tax credits;
- EXCHANGE OF OPERATORS OF HEALTH PLANER OPERATORS FOR CARE OF ASSISTANCE SERVICES; and
- Direct execution, by the Union, of specialized actions and services in urgent situations.
