Camp Lenox is a premier traditional sleepaway summer camp located in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. We are hiring high-level athletes and coaches for Summer 2026 and are especially interested in NCAA athletes and competitive players from the United States (international applicants are also welcome).
This is an opportunity to coach the sport you love, build real leadership experience, and be part of a close-knit camp community — all while gaining valuable résumé-building skills in a professional, supportive environment.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on coaching and mentoring role in a traditional overnight summer camp setting. Staff members live on campus and are actively involved in daily camp life, including working closely with and supervising campers throughout the day and evening. The role combines coaching, leadership, teamwork, and responsibility in a fun, high-energy environment where staff serve as positive role models for children. We are looking to hire for Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Swimming, Volleyball, Hockey, Softball, Gymnastics, and more!
Responsibilities include:

Coaching and teaching your sport to campers of varying skill levels

Leading drills, practices, games, and inter-camp competition

Supporting campers’ growth, confidence, and sportsmanship

Working collaboratively with other coaches and counselors

Helping maintain a safe and positive camp environment

Camp Lenox is a premier co-ed sports camp located in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We offer specialized instruction in Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Hockey, Lacrosse, Gymnastics, Softball, Outdoor Adventure,Volleyball and Water Sports. Established in 1918, we have grown to become one of the premier residential camps in the Northeast United States. We have 370 campers and 150 Staff.
Our camp community focuses on camp spirit, fun, and great personal relationships. We are looking for men and women who love working with children and want to be a positive influence in their lives. We offer a seven week residential program plus one week of pre- camp training. Room, board, travel allowance and salary are given.
