Twelve million Americans in Republican -dominated electoral districts are insured by health insurance companies that were completed by the stock exchanges of the Affordable Care Act, compared to nine million in democratically dominated electoral districts. Of the 75 electoral districts, in which at least 10 % of the population of Obamacare insurance have taken out, 47 are represented by Republicans in the House of Representatives, as can be seen from data from the non-partisan health research foundation KFF for 2024.
