Zuzana Strausz Plačková fulfilled her dream and indulged in luxury. She now has an apartment in an exclusive project added to several properties, and she took the keys to it from one of Boris Kollár‘s “moms”, the singer Barbora Balúchová. What is it about?
Barbora Balúchová came to the attention of the Slovak audience in 2005, when she was 17 years old when she performed in the second series of the SuperStar competition. Her voice and presence on stage attracted attention, but life after the competition brought not only a musical career, but also personal challenges and a media uproar from the recognition of her son’s paternity.
Participating in SuperStar meant for Barbora an entry into the world of music and media. She took sixth place in the competition, when the audience sent her home in the 6th final round. After the end of the show, the singer devoted herself to performances and a music career, but it was not enough to reach the top. Despite this, he remains in the media’s consciousness – either thanks to his projects or his life story.

A big publicized moment occurred when Barbora gave birth to a son, Alexander Ján, in January 2017, whose father is the controversial politician and businessman Boris Kollár. The singer herself confirmed in interviews that the relationship with Kollár is not easy – especially in connection with the kind of father he is. The father of her child has several children and is a well-known figure in Slovak politics and show business. Nevertheless, Barbora chose the path of a relatively calm performance – which is not a given in show business.
She once stated for čas.sk: “I’m happy if Boris and I meet for at least 15 minutes,” thereby indicating his timing and involvement in education.
