Zabka has expanded its service offer for customers of stores in Poland. After introducing shoe repair and cleaning services, the retailer also launched a tailoring service, such as shortened pants, changed zipper or sewn buttons.
The company recently announced this partnership with woshwosh, a Polish company, established in 2015, specializing in shoe cleaning, refurbishing and repair services with a strong focus on sustainability and the circular economy.
How this service works
Those who want to shorten their trousers or need other types of tailoring services can choose from an extensive range of services on a dedicated website.
The garment is then left in either 12.000 from Zabka magazineand repairs are carried out by woshwosh professionals.
Customers are then notified when they can pick up the ready-to-fit garments directly from their chosen store.
Clothing repair is another service offered by Żabka in partnership with woshwosh. Previously, the collaboration between the two companies included shoe repair, cleaning and waterproofing, as well as the care of leather handbags.
Zabka wants to open 7,600 Froo stores in Romania
Economica.net a recently reported that Zabka has updated its initial estimates regarding the potential of stores it can open in Romania in the long term from 4,000 to around 7,600 stores.
At group level, Żabka’s consolidated revenues increased by 14,1%up to 4.7 billion euros (PLN 20.23 billion) in the first nine months of 2025, and sales to end customers reached 5.4 billion euros, according to the recently published financial results.
Adjusted net profit rose by 54,6%the 150 million euros, and adjusted EBITDA margin increased to 12,6%.
