This time, “Green onion salted pork yakisoba” I will show you how to make it.

■Ingredients (for 1 person)

1 bag of steamed yakisoba

Thinly sliced pork belly 80g

Green onion 20cm
-
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon chicken stock
-
pinch of salt
-
1 tablespoon sake
-
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
-
2 teaspoons sesame oil
-
Appropriate amount of black pepper
■How to make
1. Thinly slice the green onions and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper (not listed).


2. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the pork and green onions.

3. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to a frying pan, add steamed noodles and sake, cover and steam for 1 minute.

4. Open the lid, loosen the noodles and evaporate the water.

5. Put the ingredients back in, add sugar, chicken stock, garlic, and salt and stir.

6. Finish by adding soy sauce and black pepper.
