Nick Aldis took over as RAW General Manager, with Adam pearce on vacation.The Queen of the Ring tournament kicked off with a bang as Asuka returned to face Stephanie Vaquer, Ivy Nile, and Raquel Rodriguez in a fatal four-way match.

Queen of the Ring Fatal 4-Way Match: Asuka -vs- Stephanie Vaquer -vs- Ivy Nile -vs- raquel Rodriguez

The match started with a flurry of action.Vaquer kicked Nile, and Rodriguez took down vaquer before hitting the Tejana Bomb on Vaquer and covering her.rhea Ripley interfered, pulling Rodriguez out of the ring and delivering a Riptide.This allowed Asuka to capitalize with the Empress Impact, pinning Rodriguez to secure the win.

Winner: Asuka

After the match,Cathy Kelley interviewed Asuka,who declared that her fire was still alive and that she would become the Queen of the Ring,stating,”No one is ready for Asuka.”

“No one is ready for Asuka.”

Gunther was then shown backstage, signaling his live appearance.

Backstage, The Judgement day was interrupted by Liv Morgan, who told Raquel rodriguez they had business to handle. Rodriguez, frustrated by her loss, brushed her off. JD McDonagh prepared for his match with AJ Styles, with Dominik Mysterio accompanying him. Finn Balor stayed back as Mysterio and Roxanne Perez addressed Morgan’s concerns.

Gunther’s Championship Celebration Interrupted by Goldberg

Gunther entered the ring with his championship belt, celebrating his World Heavyweight Championship with a pyro display. He acknowledged Jey Uso’s victory at WrestleMania but asserted his dominance on all other nights. Gunther then shifted his focus to Seth Rollins, inviting him to step up. Bill Goldberg’s music hit, and the wrestling icon made his way to the ring.

Goldberg congratulated Gunther but reminded him of a past incident involving his family in Atlanta, GA. Goldberg declared,”Gunther is next,” setting up a future confrontation in Atlanta on July 12th. Gunther exited the ring as Goldberg posed on the apron.

Match 2: JD McDonagh w/Dominik Mysterio -vs- AJ Styles

Styles and McDonagh locked up, trading holds and submission attempts. McDonagh briefly gained control, but Styles countered with a calf crusher. Mysterio interfered, allowing McDonagh to splash onto Styles outside the ring.

Upon returning from commercial break, McDonagh continued to target Styles, but Styles rallied with a series of signature moves, including a running sliding forearm and a slam into his knee. McDonagh countered a Styles Clash attempt with a brainbuster for a near fall. After more back and forth action, Styles finally connected with the Styles Clash for the victory.

Winner: AJ Styles

Post-match, Mysterio attacked Styles, but Styles gained the upper hand. Finn Balor intervened, pulling Mysterio to safety. Styles posed with Mysterio’s IC Title. As McDonagh, Balor, and Mysterio charged the ring, Styles retreated with the belt.

Sheamus was shown stretching backstage, receiving encouragement from Maxxine Dupri, Natalya, and Akira tozawa to defeat Rusev.

Bayley walked backstage, passing Austin Theory and Grayson Waller with The New Day.

Bayley Calls Out Becky Lynch

Bayley addressed the crowd, expressing her gratitude for being back and discussing being robbed of her WrestleMania match. She claimed that Becky Lynch taking her spot only made her stronger.Bayley challenged Lynch to the ring.

Lynch responded, accusing Bayley of settling for being second fiddle and prioritizing friends over a legacy. Bayley countered that Lynch was insecure and had to take her out to be a surprise return. The two traded barbs, with lynch ultimately agreeing to a fight in Columbus, but not for a title shot. A brawl nearly erupted, but Lynch retreated.

Cathy Kelley interviewed Jey Uso about his King of the Ring match, with Uso expressing his readiness to reclaim his belt from Rusev.

Nick Aldis thanked AJ Styles for returning Mysterio’s IC Belt and announced an IC title match for Styles at night of Champions.Bayley approached Aldis, who informed her of a title match against Becky Lynch next week. Lyra Valkyria welcomed Bayley back, and Bayley apologized for ghosting Valkyria. Valkyria encouraged Bayley to do what’s best for herself, promising to do the same if Bayley wins.

Match 3: Kairi Sane -vs- liv Morgan

the match began with an immediate exchange of blows. Morgan quickly rolled out of the ring, clutching her shoulder. Medical personnel attended to Morgan as Sane waited in the ring.

Upon returning from commercial, the match had been stopped, and Kairi Sane was declared the winner.

Cathy Kelley interviewed Sami Zayn backstage. Zayn discussed his title opportunity and how this time felt different.Karrion Kross interrupted, dismissing Zayn’s chances and calling him insane. Zayn challenged Kross to a fight,and Kross accepted.

Jey Uso made his entrance through the crowd for his match.

Match 4 – King of the Ring Fatal 4-Way Qualifying Match: Jey Uso -vs- Sheamus -vs- Rusev -vs- Bronson Reed w/Paul Heyman

The match started with chaotic action as all four competitors clashed. Reed and Sheamus battled on one side, while Rusev and Uso fought in the center of the ring. The fight spilled outside, with Rusev and Sheamus taking a beating. Uso hit a suicide dive on Rusev.

Back from commercial, Reed dominated Uso in the corner, but Uso fought back with “Yeet” punches.Sheamus and Rusev entered the ring, only to be met with superkicks. Outside,Sheamus slammed Reed into the ring post and delivered 10 beats. Uso superkicked Sheamus. Reed attempted a spear, but Uso moved, resulting in Uso being clotheslined by Rusev. Sheamus and Rusev exchanged blows in the ring.Reed clotheslined both Rusev and Sheamus. Uso tried to splash onto Reed, who caught him and slammed him down.

Returning from another commercial break, Sheamus slammed Rusev onto the announce table. Back in the ring, Uso and Sheamus traded punches.Sheamus delivered a back breaker.Reed headbutted Sheamus, who responded with White Noise. Rusev slammed Sheamus onto Reed. Uso kicked Sheamus and Reed, and Rusev locked Uso in The Accolade.Sheamus broke the hold with a Brogue Kick on Rusev and Reed. Reed hit a Senton on Sheamus. Uso broke the pin. Uso speared Reed and went for a splash. Bron Breakker interfered, knocking Uso off the top rope. Sami Zayn attacked Breakker, sending him into the steel post. Breakker tossed Zayn over the announce desk. Penta splashed onto Breakker outside the ring. In the ring, Reed hit a Death Valley Driver and went for Tsunami, but LA Knight pushed Reed off the ropes. Uso hit a spear and splashed onto Reed twice for the win.

after the match,Seth Rollins stormed to the ring,removing his tie and blazer.Cody Rhodes arrived to prevent an attack on Uso. Rhodes and Rollins stared each other down. Rollins left the ring, and Uso and Rhodes watched Rollins, Reed, Breakker, and Heyman depart. Uso and Rhodes faced each other, setting up their semi-final match in the King of the Ring Tournament. They shook hands as the show concluded.
