The Christmas tree fairytale in the Weserbergland began in 2011 with 20 trees. Five years later there were already 110. And now there are records every year. There is still no end in sight – but the house is slowly reaching its capacity limits. But the Jeromins already have a solution for this: “Then we’ll just build on it.”
The trees will shine until Epiphany on January 6, 2026, before everything is dismantled and stowed away within six weeks. However, the reconstruction will begin again in the summer – on June 1st. And even when it’s really hot in summer, people still decorate: “That’s when you really get going,” said the 59-year-old with a laugh.
