How it Happened:
· UAlbany’s Elverum took the first shot of the game at the ‘5, which was blocked.
· Army got the scoring started at the ‘9 with a goal from Sophia Henry to make it 1-0.
· Volino recorded the Great Danes first save at the ’10 mark.
· Elverum started the action in the second half with a shot within the first minute of the period.
· UAlbany was able to tie the match in the ’77 when Kofton found the back of the net to tie it up at one.
· In the ’80 the Great Danes took the lead when M.Hnis scored on a penalty kick to give the Purple and Gold Its first lead of the day.
· The Black Knights were able to even up the score at two in the ’86.
· Less than two minutes later, Army was able to take the lead with a goal in the ’88, the last goal of the match.
