Onkoseno said that in total his party received 87 reports from victims. Onkoseno said that his party was still calculating the amount of losses suffered by the victims, but it was estimated that the losses would reach hundreds of millions.

“He offered a wedding package, but in reality he did not fulfill the conditions,” said Onkoseno.

On Sunday (7/12), around 200 fraud victims raided Ayu’s residence in East Jakarta. The situation also heated up.

“The situation heated up because the crowd demanded accountability from the wedding organizer,” said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Alfian Nurrizal.

Alfian said that his party immediately went to the location to carry out mediation. After that, the perpetrator was immediately taken to the North Jakarta Metro Police.

“This effort was carried out to reduce the emotions of the masses and prevent anarchic acts from occurring. After the situation was brought under control, the alleged perpetrator was arrested and then taken to hand over the handling to the North Jakarta Metro Police according to the case report,” said Alfian.
