For over four decades, Frauke Weiß has been a cornerstone of the gymnastics and dance programs at Werder Bremen, a sports club with a rich history dating back to 1899. Her journey began 45 years ago,inspired by her sister and trainer,igniting a lifelong passion for sports. Weiß achieved considerable success in gymnastics and dance competitions before transitioning her focus to nurturing the talents of children and adults 22 years ago.
Cornelia Bürger-Drömann (Neele), who began her journey with werder at the tender age of three, joined Frauke’s group at eight. Now, she collaborates with Frauke, training children and young people, sharing her own passion for sports and fostering a new generation of athletes. this collaborative approach ensures the continuity of Werder Bremen’s commitment to youth progress.
