Promising but still experimental results
The first laboratory tests show promising results. On human teeth stained by coffee and tea, researchers observed progressive whitening after several brushing sessions.
In total, after a cumulative brushing time equivalent to twelve hours, the treated teeth were up to 50% whiter than those of the control group which used a saline solution.
