The official account of the program, on the X platform, explained that the application of white land fees includes all owners, including real estate development companies, with the exception of state real estate. As for the lands under development, it has a year from the date of imposing fee to complete the development and cancel the bill, with the possibility of granting an additional deadline according to the approved technical controls.

The lands include application in the city of Riyadh, residential, commercial, and commercial.

The first segment (maximum priority): An annual fee is imposed by 10% of the land value.

The second segment (high priority): An annual fee is imposed by 7.5% of the land value.

The third segment (medium priority): An annual fee is imposed by 5% of the land value.

Fourth (low priority): An annual fee is imposed by 2.5% of the land value.

Fifth SIM (outside priority): An annual fee is not imposed on it, and it is calculated within the total white lands owned by the tax within the city.
