Visually impressive when off the mark in a maiden hurdle at Kilbeggan in May, but that form has taken a few knocks and he disappointed when last of 7 in novice hurdle at Listowel (20f, good to soft, 17/2) 30 days ago. Drops in distance and remains to be seen if he can get back on track.

Useful Flat winner built on the promise shown on hurdle debut when a ready winner of a Cork maiden hurdle (beating a next time out winner). Had a spin on the Flat in August and should have the speed to cope with the drop in trip on hurdles return. Makes appeal.

Off the mark at Wexford in July and improved when third in 2m2f Sligo novice hurdle on his final run for Joseph Patrick O’Brien in August. Jumped poorly on his yard/handicap hurdle debut last time and will need to improve with tongue strap on first time.

Fairly useful Flat winner who has taken well to hurdling, placing twice before making it third time lucky in maiden at Galway (16.7f, soft). Ran poorly in a competitive listed race on handicap debut last month but is likely worth another chance back in calmer waters.

Fairly useful Flat winner. Bumped into an improver when second at Galway and didn’t need to improve to win 11-runner novice hurdle at Tramore (16f). Bounced back to run his best race when second stepped up to 2½m at Thurles last time and should remain competitive back down in distance.

Fairly useful chaser was a back-to-back Leopardstown winner over fences last winter but was well held in the Plate at Cheltenham. Possibly amiss when pulled up in handicap chase at Punchestown (16.3f, good) in May but worth a market check racing off a 20 lb lower hurdle mark on his return.

Comfortably won at Killarney on good to soft when attracting notable market support and was well-in under a penalty when following up with a ready success in an 8-runner handicap hurdle (7/4) at Tramore (16f, good to soft) 18 days ago. Thriving and may be able to the land the hat-trick.
