It will be really hot in some regions of our country, as, like in Springthe thermometers will be able to go even close to 20°C.
In the next few days, especially a slice of Italy, will continue to be affected by one mild atmospheric circulationfed by the warm winds of Libeccio. These currents, connected to a persistent oceanic flow, have also been responsible for several days of the frequent variations in the weather that are characterizing this decidedly agitated weather phase.
Where it will be warmest
All things considered, an Italy practically divided in two awaits us. On the one hand we find the northern regions and some sectors of the Centre, where a rather timid winter still tries to maintain control over a portion of the national territory. On the other hand, the South and the two Major Islands experience a sort of early springwith temperatures that in several cases go well beyond seasonal averages.
The hottest areas will be, in fact, especially the southern ones, with the Sicily on the front line. Here the thermometers will be able to reach, during daylight hours, values close to 20°C. Definitely mild temperatures they will also register on the rest of the Sudwhere the advance spring it will be evident above all in Calabria and Puglia, with maximum temperatures between 17 e i 18°C.
Going up towards central regionsthe unseasonal heat will gradually tend to ease, with values around 14-15°C. Al Nordhowever, temperatures will remain more contained and will hardly exceed the threshold of 10-12°C.
As for possible changes, there are few signs at the moment. No significant shocks in general circulation are expected for much of next week either. Italy will continue to be affected by Atlantic currents and to see some changes we will perhaps have to wait after the middle of the month when cold winds arriving from Northern Europe, they could awaken the true winter from this long hibernation. We obviously await confirmation.
