Law enforcement officials have identified a black or dark-colored Volvo S-60 as being linked to two recent ballot box fires in Clark County, Oregon. The car was also connected to a third earlier this month. This suggests that a potential suspect may be targeting ballot boxes in Portland and Vancouver.

The Volvo S-60 did not have a front license plate, and the rear license plate was described as "unknown."
