Twenty clubs took part in the Volleyball Champions League in the 2025/2026 season, divided into five groups of four teams in each. The best teams in the table of each group automatically advanced to the quarterfinals. The remaining three places in the quarterfinals were awarded to teams that won their play-off matches. The five teams from second place in the groups and the best team from third place will play in them.

Guaguas Las Palmas eliminated Montpellier HSC VB. In the first match, the Spanish team won at home 3:1. In the rematch, she lost 2:3, but after four sets of the match she was guaranteed to advance.
The PGE Projekt Warszawa volleyball players won away against Itas Trentino 3:2 and made up for the loss from the first match. The winner of the competition was the golden set, in which the Polish club won 15:11. The project advanced to the quarterfinals, where it will face Bogdanka LUK Lublin.
