Vista Group Profit 2025: Cloud Services Drive Growth

NZX and ASX-listed film industry technology provider Vista Group International has reported what it says are all-time record revenues in its 2025 financial year, driven in part by 25 per cent boost in revenue for its cloud services.

However, revenue was below the group’s guidance for FY25 which was between $167 million and $173 million.

Recurring revenue was up 9 per cent to $147.2 million, and SaaS revenue of $69.7 million, up 25 per cent, as clients moved to cloud solutions.

In a statement, Vista Group said the results highlighted strong operational and financial performance as its accelerated delivery of its strategy in response to sustained client demand.

“The strong progress we have made shows our strategy in action,” said Vista Group chief executive officer Stuart Dickinson.

“Client demand for Vista Cloud continues to build, supporting a second consecutive year of record revenue and ARR performance. At the same time, we are improving margins while investing where it matters to drive long‑term growth.”
