The police announce that on December 23, around 8 p.m. 30 min., in Vilnius, Kalvariju st., two persons attacked a woman (born in 1996) and stole a handbag containing an iPhone 17 Pro mobile phone, car keys, cosmetics.
The loss is 1,599 euros.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the incident in accordance with Article 180 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. 1 d. (robbery).
It is stated that a person who steals someone else’s property by using physical violence or threatening to use it immediately or by otherwise depriving the victim of an opportunity to resist, shall be punished by restriction of liberty or arrest, or imprisonment for up to six years.
