Kingdom is a 2025 film directed by Gautham Thinnanuri starring Vijay Devarakonda. Kingdom 2 was the film that was announced as the sequel of this film. This put an end to the rumors about the sequel of this action thriller that was released last year.

In an interview with Idlebrain, Nagavanshi said that he has left Kingdom 2. Nagavanshi said that the question that it could have been planned as a single film without releasing it in parts is not relevant anymore and nothing will happen except that it will cause a lot of trouble to the director Gautham. Vamshi added that she is collaborating with Gautam Thinnanuri in another film and will continue this collaboration.
Vijay Devarakonda played the role of a police officer involved in an undercover mission in the film Kingdom. But the second part was canceled due to not being a big success at the box office.
