Stability pact should come this year
The fact that the mood between the local authorities is currently not the best can also be seen from the fact that the negotiations on the Stability Pact, which had already been paused for some time, collapsed on Friday after the federal states had canceled them shortly before due to scheduling reasons. The stability pact regulates the extent to which individual local authorities are allowed to take on debt. In the end we were still very far from reaching an agreement.
