The president of the Venezuelan Chamber of Franchises (Profranquicias), Raúl Angulo, reported that The sector has 75 active brands franchising in Venezuelawhich operate more than 2,500 business points throughout the country and generate more than 45,000 direct and indirect jobs.

He commented that there is interest from Venezuelans who are inside and outside Venezuela to bring foreign brands and operate under the franchise model.
Raúl Angulo pointed out that in 2026, It is presented as “a very beautiful, very challenging year” because all the muscle of resilience and adaptation that they have been developing for decades must be converted “into muscles of competitiveness.”
