If Simon hadn’t been there, it would not have been going well, Sagno acknowledged, highlighting the crucial role Rieken played in advocating for him.

After a successful one-week internship, Rieken initially hired Sagno as a temporary worker before offering him an apprenticeship. Despite facing language barriers, sagno has excelled in the practical aspects of his training, achieving top marks in his class. Rieken proudly announced that Sagno has passed grade 2 with flying colors. To further support his academic progress, Sagno will receive tutoring starting in May.
