Vancouver, WA | Family seeks justice and support after video showed a young man being injured during an arrest. The family tells us that they have not yet been able to locate him. The young man was identified as <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSPwNgHHyAtHanVaGN2LLWA" title="José José - YouTube" target="_blank" rel="noopener">José Paniagua Calderón</a> and the attack occurred around 12:45 pm, near the intersection of 4th Plain Boulevard and Z Street, in the city of Vancouver.
